Free photo shoots!
I am currently building my portfolio, which means I need people to shoot that are comfortable with being a part of my portfolio (this site and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, etc)
I am currently looking to book clients for Business Headshots and Senior photo sessions in particular.
How does it work?
I like to keep things simple and clear:
- We will discuss what you need or want to shoot and plan accordingly.
- You sign the TFP contract which basically just says you get digital photos in exchange for allowing me to use them in my portfolios.
- I will send you a link to page that is just for you. I use this for creating mood boards with clients as well as delivering photos once taken and edited.
- We do the shoot.
- I take a few days to pick the best ones and clean them up a bit in photoshop as needed
- I upload them to that same page you already have a link for under a "deliveries" folder.
And thats it. You can download the photos from there and share them with your friends and family. You are welcome to get them printed as well.
How many images will I receive?

This will vary based on what we are doing.
Typically for my business headshots I take the single best photo we get and I provide 6 different versions of that photo. 3 in color, 3 in black and white, with each set of 3 having a black, gray, and white background version. This way you have some flexibility for where you are posting them.
Other shoots like family or senior photos will vary wildly, mostly depending on how many different ideas or sets we do. Generally, I will go through all the pictures and pick out the single best photo from each set we do during our photoshoot. I'll then clean those photos up as needed and then deliver those to you.
Do you shoot other things?

Yes! I love photography, doing just about everything related to photography is fun for me. If you have something in mind, please feel free to ask.
I will give you a heads up though, at this time I do not do weddings or mots other event type photography.
How much editing do you do?

Images chosen to be delivered will have basic editing. I will remove any imperfections that would otherwise be able to be removed in real life within 24-48 hours; pimples, scratches, blotchy skin, stray hairs, that kind of stuff. I will also of course adjust light/coloring to my styling, remove people in backgrounds, that kind of stuff.
Is there anything that could cost me money?

If your project you want to shoot comes at a cost due to the location or needing permits, like shooting in an Airbnb, renting a studio, getting a permit to shoot at certain parks, things like that, you would have to book and pay for those in most cases.
If you want a make up artist or hair stylist, those would also be on you to arrange and pay for.
Also, I'm pretty flexible on travel but if we are going to be traveling very far, I may have to ask for travel reimbursement but that will vary. We can discuss that if it comes up, it hasn't been an issue for me so far.
